Our newly designed LN2 Fogger Express, at 25"H x 23"W x 54"L and 200lbs, produces more LN2 Fog using less Liquid Nitrogen than any other fog machine. Comparable machines are half as efficient, up to 56" high, and weigh more than 600 lbs. The LN2 Fogger Express is equipped with state of the art electronics, all brass and stainless steel valves and fittings, a rustproof stainless steel tank, and a powder-coated steel frame. The standard LN2 Fogger Express Machine package comes with PVC output ports, 25 feet of flexible fog hose, an insulating blanket, 25 feet of water hose, a Liquid Nitrogen solenoid, and 6 feet of Liquid Nitrogen armored hose. The LN2 Fogger Express operates with single phase or 3-phase 120/208 VAC 50A Electric Supply. The easy to operate LN2 Fogger Express requires only tap water, a power source, and a 230psi Liquid Nitrogen Cylinder.

DEI also designs and manufactures LN2 Fog Distribution Systems to transport the fog to any location on, around, or above your stage or setting. These distribution systems consist of rigid and flexible pipe equipped with blast gates, utilize materials that are lightweight, durable, and portable, and are assembled and disassembled with ease. The blast gates may operate either manually or automatically. Automatic operation utilizes either DMX or spare dimmers to control a series of pneumatic (air pressure) systems to open and close the blast gates to direct the flow of Liquid Nitrogen Fog to its specified location. DEI not only manufactures fog making equipment, but is also qualified to supply all the stages of LN2 Fog EFFEX from LN2 bulk tanks and portable cylinders, through cryogenic tubing, to complete LN2 Fog Distribution Systems.

LN2 Fogger Express Machines are available for rent, lease, or purchase. For rental pricing, call for your specific event. Lease prices are as low as $280/month with credit approval. Using their many years of combined on the road experience, our engineers have designed DEI's equipment to be light, sturdy, and compact enough to travel with the rest of your touring inventory. For tours requiring more than one LN2 Fogger Express, power distribution enclosures with individual breakers are available. DEI is also a supplier and distributor of vacuum jacketed pipe, Liquid Nitrogen Dewars from 20 to 200 gallons, and bulk tanks from 120 to 15,000 gallons. Our experience in LN2 Technology for the entertainment industry includes cryogenic research, computer designed equipment, numerous years of experience in film, concerts, and local and on the road productions. All of this research and experience has led to the need for more technically designed distribution systems. In response, the engineers at DEI designed controls for these distribution systems, both automatic and manual. For permanent installations, it is often useful to have the LN2 Fog EFFEX cued by your lighting computer. Through a DMX interface, the LN2 Fog can be diverted from one effect to another, on cue, all easily controlled from your lighting booth or main control room.
