RADBP's Closing Submission

On the morning of Tuesday 3rd Dec 2002 our Chairman Paul Vickers delivered RADBP's Closing Submission to the Inspectors.
Many residents of the Waterside had travelled to the Inquiry Venue (on ABP premises in Southampton Docks !!) to hear him - they filled the venue and gave him a standing ovation at the end of the submission.
