We raise all four colors of Abyssinians. Kittens are raised underfoot for loving PURRSONALITIES. I have been breeding and showing Abyssinians for 13 years now. My first Aby was a ruddy. Then I went to a cat show and I saw a blue Abyssinian and it was over!! So I have specialized in blues and now fawns. I wanted to make the perfect blue, and soon learned there is no perfect cat, but I do feel I have come very close to my ideal of a blue Abyssinian. As a sideline of sorts, I am starting to work on making 'THAT VERY SPECIAL RUDDY' aby for myself. Of course, now just about everyone is into blues and I am going to ruddys! My goals for my breeding program are 1. Health 2. Temperament 3. A stunning show cat that is healthy and loves it! 2000 Breeding Abys is certainly challenging. I spend most of my time feeling like a vampire looking for new blood for out crossing that is also healthy. Thanks go to Lynn and Reg Martin who so kindly let me have some new blood! I am very excited in having a new ruddy male, Ch. Tinbat's the Tinman of Dimends. His first litter will be here soon. He is bred to Take Five who does not carry the dilute gene. But he just recently bred Grch. Dimend's Glenda The Good Witch who is fawn. We will see if the Tinman carries dilute from his father hopefully. If he doesn't thats OK too. Also thanks for Ch.
