48 Hour Cancellation Policy Strictly enforced !
Due to our group size limitations on some activities, we cannot absorb the cost of people cancelling at the last minute, when we are turning away people from Tours that day. When you give us your credit card information to hold a reservation, you are agreeing to the following cancellation terms and conditions:

  • 1 If the cancellation notification is received not less than 48 hours before the start of the Tour, there will be a 4% fee charged.


  • 2 If the cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours, but not less than 24 hours, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to your credit card.


  • 3 If the cancellation notification is received less than 24 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card. ALL BOOKINGS SUBJECT TO 4% CANCELATION FEE!
    No flying or visiting Haleakala Crater within 12 hours AFTER DIVING.
    CANCELATION FEE based on cost of activity.
