My website has moved, because AOL didn't allow me to FTP to this site without being connected to the internet via their dial-up service. This used to be no problem in the past, but doesn't work any longer for strange (maybe monetary) reasons.

So I decided to say "farewell AOL" and moved everything to another provider, which allows me to FTP to my website regardless of how and where I am connected to the internet.
