Image Depository

Introduction:
Image Depot 2001 was designed from the ground up to take advantage of 32-bit operating systems (Windows 95/98/NT/2000/Me) such as long file names, registry-based, and automatic uninstallation. The software provides indexed and searchable storage structures to help you organize all of your photos, images, and documents.

Image Depot 2001 lets you automatically file, intelligently organize, visually locate, and instantly retrieve all your pictures on-line. Image Depot 2001 sorts, categorizes your images (family pictures, documents, etc.), and stores them in image depositories for fast retrieval. These image depositories use the Microsoft Jet engine 4.0 database format (the same as the Microsoft Access 2000). Image depositories created by Image Depot 2001 can be used in slide show presentations, screen savers.

In addition to the above functionalities, Image Depot 2001 is also a powerful image processing tool able to satisfy the needs of both inexperienced and advanced users. Using the leading LEADTOOLS image processing tool kit, Image Depot 2001 offers a wide choice of advanced image processing tools. Besides the opportunity of managing a number of different image formats, including the industry standard JPEG, Kodak PhotoCD, FlashPix, PNG, PhotoShop, PSD, TIFF, WinFAX, etc. The software supports any kind of image format up to 32 bpp full color images, 8 bpp grayscale, and 256 colors.

You can also use Image Depot 2001 to enhance applications such as image databases, printing and drawing programs, video production systems, FAX systems, and systems for transmitting high quality compressed images using phone lines or networks.
