.....The Big Trip!!!
Well, we finally did it!!! We untied the boat and are
on our way!!!!
Well actually, we're about to go, but it is all a matter of hours now and I wanted to download this entry before we left.
Our friends had a party for us on Sunday, Aug 24th, and it was very nice to see so many of our friend wish us well. My business partner Peter Kelly gave a terrific speech and Mik the dog had his picture taken with Bob Orrock's dog Jess, the only dog at PCYC older than Mik. (We have a feeling the two shall not meet again).
The list of things we had to do in the last two weeks was unbelievable! Thank god Joni took a week off so she could pitch in 200% of her share or we never would have gotten away. Here's a partial list of the "last Minute" things we had to do to get out-of-here:
