A different look via a Jim Bridges makeover

Jim Bridges and I. Jim was great with all us girls and patiently answered all our questions and giving us valuable makeup tips.  

This is my first attempt creating a homepage,as you can probably tell :):) It will get better.

I am a TG male who has been crossdressing since
I was 5 yrs old. (Sound Familiar?) I am at the point in my life where I know my desires, wants and needs are more than just wearing woman's clothes.Actually I've known it for a long time.
However now I am doing something about it.
I have been on herbal hormones for 6 months and am starting to see a marked difference in both my physical and emotional state.
This is both exciting and scary Exciting in that my
body and mind are becoming more feminine, scary in that the problems this is going to cause in the years ahead like coming out to my sons (I'm divorced) work, and friends.
Its a road I know a lot of my Sisters have traveled,
a very bumpy road but one I must travel if I am to have peace with myself.

Enough of this serious stuff, I would love to talk to
and share this wonderful special bond we gals have and would welcome your E-mails.

UPDATE 10/30/98

I am finally starting down the road to transition. I have one more Dr.to to see on Nov. 2nd Then I go before the board hopefully to get approval to start on the real hormones.

I am excited to start on the hormones and experience the  changes they will make.I estimate I will have until Spring before the effects of the hormones will become noticeable.

I think that will be fitting, "Spring", a new beginning.

I'll start keeping a detailed diary on the changes, and update this site for those who are interested.

Update 12/18/98

Finally I started my HRT on 12/15/98. Premarin 1.25mg & Spirolactone, 50 mg a day. Only 4 days, they say you start to feel the changes in a week to 10 days.Am I anxious, no not me. :):):)

1/01/99

2 weeks on HRT, I can notice a moderate fatty buildup on my hips, butt,& breasts .Had some bloating the first 10 days, however that seems to be going away. My groin area has a odor more like a woman's instead of my male smell. This is all I've noticed so far.

1/20/99

Visited the beauty parlor today for waxing, nails & polish.Attending First Event tomorrow and a girl has to look her best, right ? :):)  The lady I  visit knows about my HRT, remarked that  my face looks more softer & feminine.To be honest I have not noticed the difference, but then again I have to look at my face every day, while she hasn't seen me in about a month, shortly after starting HRT. Don't think that made my day do you. :):)

 2/16/99

At work today, I got a mild pleasant shock When picking up a box, it brushed against my breast, and for the first time,I felt a slight sensation in my nipples.I am also noticing more fat distribution in my breasts,hips, & butt areas.All small changes for sure, but changes none the less.

4/24/99

I had my 3 month checkup a few weeks ago. Good news is that liver functions, ,cholesterol  & blood pressure are good. Bad news  is that I have gained 10 lbs. The weight gain wasn't really a surprise,what with quitting  smoking and taking hormones, I kind of expected some gain. Hopefully this will change soon
