1 qt Raspberries, red or black 1 qt Buttermilk
1/4 c Honey 1 pn Nutmeg
Wash raspberries under cold running water - process berries in blender
or food processor until pureed. Add honey. Process again. Pour buttermilk
into raspberry mixture, a little at a time, processing in short bursts
until blended. Add nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate 30-60 minutes. Serve
chilled.
Variation - substitute maple syrup for honey
