The upper R&R
House unit big room is
designed to seat 30 people. There are seven seminar or training tables, each 18 inches by 96
inches, or 8 foot by 1.5 foot, and each table seats four. There are 30 chairs. The room is designed so that the tables can
be set up to face two presenters, with a 62-inch big screen TV high enough for
all to see. The TV has standard input
jacks. Wireless internet is available, and outlets are frequent along the
walls.
The lower R&R
House unit big room is
the same size but seats only 22 people for seminars at tables not including the
two couches. The space that the couches
take up limits the table seating. The
lower unit has five 8-foot by 1.5-foot seminar or
training tables and 22 chairs. It has a
similar big screen TV setup, wireless internet and many outlets.
Each R&R
House unit has a full
kitchen and two bathrooms. There are six
bathrooms total, including both buildings. There are enough plates, glasses and
silverware for 30 people.
The upper Cabin unit has a round table that seats six.
The lower Cabin unit has a small table that seats
four. Although the Cabin units are not set up for seminars, they can be used for break-out
sessions. Each has a full kitchen as
well.
If no one cares to share a bed, the
two buildings can sleep 19 or 20.
Seminar rentals cost the same as
nightly rentals, except that you must rent an extra day. Extra fees apply if you would like us to set
up the tables (or if you fail to put them away). Table set-up/take-down fee is $100 in
addition to cleaning fees. Ask about our
catering if you are interested.
