Eddie's best
known for the eleven years he spent as the lead guitarist for Twisted
Sister. After years of creating a name for themselves in bars and clubs in
the New York area, Twisted eventually toured the world from Japan to
Canada, Europe to Australia. Eddie played on seven albums (which earned a
combined 25 gold and platinum records worldwide) and performed in over
3000 shows, opening for groups such as Iron Maiden, Dio, ZZTop,
Whitesnake, and Motorhead. Ronnie Dio chose Eddie to perform alongside
Neal Schon, Yngwie Malmsteen, George Lynch, and many other great musicians
in the "Hearing Aid" video--Heavy Metal's contribution to the African
Relief Fund. During the Twisted period Eddie was featured in the motion
picture "Pee Wee Herman's Big Adventure," gave interviews to radio
stations across the country, and was recognized in the book, "Who's Who in
Rock'n'Roll." |
