To begin.... The Continental Smorgasbord

A beautifully arranged array of hot and cold items to dazzle your taste buds.  From an assortment of cold buffet salads, Caviar and chilled Vodka, whole Atlantic Salmon poached in court bouillion and traditonal smoked fishes to your choice of Hot Chafing dishes, Carving Stations and Custom Cooked Specialties including some of your old favorites as well as Eden Caterer's specialties.  Our selections are as varied as your imagination !

• Pasta Ala Vodka, Gardenaire or Marinara, prepared fresh to order

• Hand carved Corned Beef, Pastrami, Turkey or London Broil served in the tradition of the old fashioned Deli, with pickeled tomatoes, red sweet peppers, potato salad and cole slaw.

• Grilled Garden Vegetables in Balsamic vinegar, featuring Portobello mushrooms and the garden's freshest produce

• Mexican Fajita Grill, with your choice of mildly spiced Chicken and/or Beef, served on a fresh warm tortilla with grilled veggies. 

• Eggplant Rollatine, an Italian specialty expertly recreated

• Double Cooked Barbecue Beef, sweet and tart

• Stir-Fry Vegetables, Chicken or Beef prepared in front your guests
