Oración al Espíritu Santo
Espíritu Santo, Tú que me aclaras todo, que iluminas todos los caminos para que yo alcance mi ideal. Tú que me das el don divino de perdonar y olvidar el mal que me hacen y que en todos los instantes de mi vida estás conmigo. Quiero en este corto diálogo agradecerte por todo y confirmar una vez más que nunca quiero separarme de Ti por mayor que sea la ilusión material, quiero estar contigo y todos mis seres queridos en la gloria perpetua. Amen.
Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Holy Spirit, You Who make me see everything and Who show me the way to reach my ideals; You who give me the divine gift to forgive and forget all that is done to me; and You Who are in all the instances of my life with me. I want to thank You for everything and confirm once more that I want never to be separated from You, no matter how great the material desires may be. I want to be with You and my loved ones in Your Perpetual Glory. Amen.
REFLEXIÓN:El camino hacia Dios es derecho pero estrecho. Y fácilmente podemos caer a la izquierda o a la derecha de esta estreca vía, y caer hacia el abismo que nos espera.
Es difícil ir al Cielo. Estamos constantemente distraídos con las cosas materiales alrededor nuestro. Muchas cosas causan la ira dentro de nosotros, y otras cosas nos hacen felices en lo superficial.
Siempre me digo "¡Reza!" porque esto ésta es la única solución para resolver la angustia del materialismo y avaricia alrededor nuestro.
Buscamos a Dios por doquiera pero Él está dentro de nosotros, alrededor nuestro, en los amigos, en los vecinos, en los ojos de un niño.
Viajamos a diferentes lugares, y en mis oraciones, mientras sigo mis caminos, le pido que sea yo Su instrumento en todo lo que hago, al conocer a nueva gente. Muchas veces, la relaciones con estas nuevas amistades no funcionan bien, pero a mi parecer, es Su modo de poner en manifiesto su Plan Divino cuando las cosas no andan bien.
Una puerta cierra, pero otras puertas abren. Es la manera de Dios de expresar Su amor. Nos lleva más allá , más lejos aún a donde queremos ir.
La primavera de la esperanza está siempre allí cuando amamos a Dios porque Él nos bendice constantemente con su Eterna Bondad. ¡Gracias y alabanzas por Su Bondad, Señor Mío!
REFLECTION:
The road to Heaven is a straight and narrow road. And we can fall to the left or to the right where the abyss awaits us.
It's difficult to go to heaven. We are constantly distracted by material things around us. Things that cause rage in us, things that superficially make us happy.
I tell myself, "Pray!" because this is the only solution to the anguish of materialism and greed that surrounds us. We look for God everywhere but he is just within us, around us, in friends, in neighbours, in the eyes of a child.
We travel to places, and in my prayers, as I travel, I ask him to be His instrument through what I do as I meet new people. Many times, relationships with these new people don't work out, but it is His Divine Plan that things don't work out.
A door closes, but other doors open. It is God's way of expressing His love for us. He wants to take us even farther than where we want to go.
The springtime of hope is always there when we love God because he constantly showers us with His goodness. Praise you, Lord, for Your Goodness!
