Merry Meet, Nimechtlahpáloz, and Bienvenidos to my Mesoamerican Page! The more than 340 Prehispanic works here span from the northwestern regions of Mexico to southern Panama and over three thousand years of civilization in Mexico and Central America.

These links will direct you to pages containing downloadable images with my own commentary. Since many of these names may be new, I have set up .WAV files, linked by their corresponding text names, to help with pronunciation. If you are interested in including a few of these images on your own site, make sure that you have my written permission, as these are my graphics.


Each thumbnail image will bring up its enlarged version, in conventional .jpg format. These images were scanned from camcorder tapes recorded in 1993, 1995, 1997, and 1998. I have also scanned from photos taken during 1992, 2000, and 2001. Digital photos from 2003 to 2006 are also present, and I am using these to replace older images. The following abbreviations represent the sites where I have recorded:

This site was based on a crazy idea I had around July, 1996. Its first appearance on the Web was October 7, 1996.
This site was last updated on January 18, 2008 (Maya long-count 12.19.17.19.9) with news about the upcoming photography.
