Current Service Plans
( any or all service plans can be grouped together )
A.) If you so desire, we will provide storage for ANY or ALL of your artist's gear.
B.) If you so desire, we will tech.,clean,test and, perform any preventive maintanence needed to ensure that when you " hit the road " all your gear will be in full working order.
C.) If you are storing your gear with us and would prefer us not to provide service for you, a 24hr. security system with 24hr. access to our facility, will enable your own crew access to a work station which will be provided.
D.) In the unfortunate instance that something does go wrong while on tour, which we all know can and does happen, send the bad unit to us. We will service it immediately and return it in full working order to the location that you specify. Our goal is to repair, repack, and ship within 72 hrs. ( depending on the availability of parts ) from the time that we receive your shipment. Also, when needed, arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped to the location that you specify.

A contract / lease agreement will need to be signed by a representative from the "Empire Audio Group " and a representative from " The Artist" before any service / storage can begin. Authorization of said service / storage must be obtained but, not limited to a facsimile, original signature or, copy of an original signature. Where needed a purchase order can be referenced by using the invoice number which will be provided.
The above statement IS NOT a contract / lease agreement and shall not be misconstrued as a contract / lease agreement at any time !!!
