Q. Is EthioSoft  easy to use?

A. Yes, EthioSoft is very user friendly. You don't need any previous experience with computers to use it. You simply point-and-click.

Q. What Do I Need To Run EthioSoft?

A. This software application is fully IBM PC and Windows compatible. It runs under Windows 3.1x, Windows NT or Windows 95.

Since it is a multimedia program, your computer must be equipped with a CD ROM drive and capable of outputting sound.

Q. Is the instruction in English or in Amharic?

A. The choice is yours. You can toggle between English and Amharic depending upon how you want to be instructed. If you want to be asked questions in English, you will select "Change Caption to English" from the utility menu or If you want to be asked in Amharic, you will choose "Change Caption to Amharic". From this point on, all captions as well us sound interaction will be in the language you selected until you change it again.

Q. Is there an Online help?

A. Yes, EthioSoft comes complete with both a User's Guide and online help that you can access from within the software application. A simple keyboard translation is documented in the User's Guide. You can also see the keyboard map within the software.

A. Technical support is available free of charge between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
