      Eugene has been performing at a  store that is 
famous for its Customer Service.   He  received  the   
store's  highest  recognition,  the Customer Service 
All-Star Award in October 1992, for his work.
      In  Eugene's own words, "My  main  concern  is 
customer satisfaction.   All the songs performed may 
be selected by the customer.  If  the song is not in  
my Library, I will make every effort  to locate  and  
learn  that  song.   I  believe that the customer is  
always  right,  and I leave  my  customers  happy by 
performing  all the music  that they  ask for.  Most 
customers  leave  the  choice  of  music to me.  The 
songs  I  play  then  depends  on  the makeup of the 
audience that is present."
