The 4 Diamonds opening in B-M Precision shows a 5-loser hand with 7 or 8 solid spades.
With 8 spades, they're AKJ or better, with no outside A, but perhaps a K.
With 7 spades, they're AKQ or better, with an outside A or K.

4 H ! Relay. Asks about outside controls:
4 S = 8 spades, no outside A. Then 4 NT asks: 5 C cK, 5 D dK, 5 H hK, 5 S none.
4 NT = 7 spades, unspecified K. Then 5 C asks: 5 D dK, 5 H hK, 5 S cK.
5 C = 7 spades, club A or void. Then 5 D, 5 H CAB; 5 S, 6 S to play.
5 D = 7 spades, diamond A or void. Then 5 H, 6 C CAB; 5 S, 6 S to play.
5 H = 7 spades, heart A or void. Then 6 C, 6 D CAB; 5 S, 6 S to play.
4 S To play, sign-off.
4 NT Void ask: 5 C, 5 D, 5 H show void there; 5 S no void.
