After several years of discussion and negotioation, the Crosby family and its advisors have consented to permit the Bob Crosby Orchestra and the Bob Crosby Bob Cats to continue providing musical enjoyment for its fans aorund the world. We are very pleased to share with you the good news that the bands, both as a fourteen piece big band as well as the eight member Bob Cat ensemble, are now available for immediate bookings.
Under the leadership of the prominent tenor saxophonist Bobby Levine who performed with Mr. Crosby for more than 35 years, the bands have taken to the road after a hiatus of more than five years. Unlike many of the "ghost" bands that operate around the country today, the Bob Crosby bands incorporate musicians who appeared frequently with Mr. Crosby during the last fifteen years of his illustrious career.
