Okay, here's the part you've
been waiting for...the stories!!!
- In X-MST3KMike Nelson and his robot friends are trapped in space at the whim of a mad scientist, and have to suffer through some of the worst movies of all time. This time, though, the evil Dr. Forrester has an even more diabolical torture in mind: a bad X-Men fanfic! Brace yourself for the pain that is "X"Completed by Kielle.
- In Another Man's Shoes Jeff Owen is an educated man, a devoted husband, and a loving father. He's also a loyal member of the Friends of Humanity. In any other story he'd be the bad guy, merely another face in a mob baying for mutant blood...but not this time. Let Kielle show you that prejudice and stereotypes don't work in reverse, either -- come take a short walk off of the beaten path in Another Man's Shoes. Completed by Kielle
- In Sacrifice
a new mutant, named Selana, comes to Xavier's school, seeking to join the X-men. But it soon becomes apparent that Selana is not what she claims to be. The secret she is hiding is slowly tearing the X-men apart, and Xavier and Jean fear she may be a source of danger greater than they could ever have imagined. It's only a matter of time until they discover the truth, and when they do, the X-men will never be the same again. 18/18
by Fancy Catz.
- In Future Perfect, a sequel to Sacrifice, it's eight years later and Bishop has come back from the future to ask Wolverine and Selana to help him catch a time criminal; their own daughter Syrel! Can Logan and Selana do what is necessary to stop Syrel, before she permanently alters history? 20/20 by Fancy Catz.
- In Paladin
Selana's long thought dead sister, Jennifer, comes to the X-men insisting that Selana is alive and trapped on the Astral Plane. Logan is willing to do anything to retrieve his lost love, even trust this woman who is nothing like her sister and proud of it. As the X-men travel to recover Selana, secrets regarding Selana, the Guardians, the X-men and even the origins of mutants are revealed, and the answers given aren't acceptable to any of them. Even worse, Selana and Logan are asked to make yet another sacrifice. After giving so much, how much more of their own happiness are they willing to give up to ensure the fate of the world? 15/15by Fancy Catz.
- In CoursesSelana has finally become a permanent resident at the mansion, but her transition isn't going well and the rest of the team is too wrapped up in their own problems to help her; Jean and Scott's marriage is falling apart as Jean prepares to move out, Rogue can't deal with the loss of her invulnerability, and Xavier is growing more and more frustrated with the state of human and mutant relations. With the team stretched to the breaking point, can the X-men deal with whatever the world throws at them, or are they a disaster waiting to happen? 23/23 by Fancy Catz.
- In Denouement, the final Selana arc story, all hell breaks loose and all bets are off. Forced underground by the outbreak of World War III, the former X-Men, joined by Emma Frost, Raven "Mystique" Darkholme and Bishop, struggle to find a place to make their last stand. But before they can, the Guardians have a few more favors to ask and a few more secrets to reveal. As the team splits on the choice of whether or not to defy the Guardians' death order for two Selana clones, the fate of mutant kind hangs in the balance as the Guardians decided whether or not mutants were an unfortunate mistake or the natural evolution of mankind. The crushing crescendo of the actions set in motion by the orchestration of the Guardian' attempt to thwart Apocalypse is reached with the revealation of Syrel's last painful secret.
