The woman you're looking at, is definitely one of the most beautiful
actresses of our day. I decided to do this page on her because I
have not only been smitten with her beauty, but also with her tremendous
acting abilities. She's definitely a star on the rise.

Everyone seemed to like Great Expectations a lot. The majority of
scores were 9's or 8's but there were a few 10's and 7's scattered in there.

Great Expectations, starring Gwyneth and Ethan Hawke, is scheduled for its
premiere on January 20th. The nationwide release is now supposedly January 30th.

Gwyneth may be in a new relationship. She and Ben Affleck, the co-writer, co-star,
of Good Will Hunting, have been seen together. Their relationship seems very casual
at this point, but he has been seen flying to New York, where she's shooting
A Perfect Murder, to see Gwyneth for the past few weekends.
The 1998 Sundance Film Festival is running from January 15th-25th
at Salt Lake City, Park City, and Sundance Ski Resort in Utah. Sliding
Doors, starring Gwyneth and John Hannah, is one of the many featured
independent films. Gwyneth even came for the opening of the festival,
but I was not able to go and see her. However, you can see a clip of Sliding Doors
and one of her at the festival at E! Online.
The Miramax synopsis of Sliding Doors is as follows:
What if one split second sent your life in two completely different directions?
SLIDING DOORS is a contemporary love story that follows one womanís life beyond that deciding moment - down two different paths. Helen's (Gwyneth Paltrow) destiny is about to be determined by the sliding doors of a London subway train. If she makes it aboard, her life takes on a new direction. If she is left standing on the platform, she has a whole different future to face. In parallel stories, the movie follows Helen's life down both paths: in a tale that is by turns mysterious, romantic, dangerous, comedic - and utterly unpredictable.
We all have but one life to live. Helen gets two....at the same time.
