Domestic Violence Handbook

Domestic violence is a major social problem facing our society. It is a
personal tragedy for those people who experience its devastating effects.
The Fairfax County Domestic Violence Coalition is a group of representatives
from agencies throughout the County that have provided assistance to these
victims. This handbook was prepared by the Coalition and is based on the
questions most commonly asked by the people they have served.
