For new patient consultations:
During daytime office hours, please call our Lawrenceville office
at 609-896-0777 and enter extension 231 to reach Andrea, our infertility
benefits coordinator. She will verify your insurance and set up your
initial consult appointment. New infertility patients will not be seen
until they meet with Andrea or Sue.
By Phone ( for medical questions, refills or test
results):
During daytime office hours, please call our Lawrenceville office
at 609-896-0777 and enter extension 224. You will be taken to our
voice mailbox, and should leave us a detailed message. If you need
medication refills, please let us know which medications you need, your
dose and the pharmacy number. If you are calling for test results,
please let us know which tests were performed, where the test was done and
the date it was done. The messages are taken off frequently by our
infertility nurses, and you will hear back from us sooner than if you speak
to the front desk staff. The number at our Plainsboro office is 609-799-5010.

Night and weekend emergencies :
If you have an urgent problem (e.g. medication issues or procedure-related
problems) that cannot wait until the next weekday, please call our office
at 609-896-0777 and you will be connected to our answering service. If
you are in the middle of an IVF or IUI cycle, please let the operator know.
