AHHHHHHHHHHH, the beauty of the flitting
butterflies!  I never realized how truly beautiful 
they are, until  I started taking pictures of them.
Watching them on the flowers doesn't give you
time to truly enjoy them...they're much too busy
to sit still for long.

Unfortunately,  many of the names are unknown to
me.  If you know any of the names,  please click on the link 
above and email it to me.
I would love to be able to name all of these beautiful
creatures.

So let's take a few minutes and enjoy

BUTTERFLIES

Yellow Sulphur
I almost missed him...he is so
well blended with this Acacia flower.

I have no idea what this one is.
The body is similar to a wasp,
but the wings are like a
butterfly.

take his picture because the

The colors in his wings are 
outstanding...blue, orange, tan, red, and
of course, black.
 
I usually find honeybees on the waterlilys,
but this fellow landed just long enough
to have his picture taken.

Every time I got near this one, he
would fly away.  But he finally landed
just long enough for me to take this shot.

but still a pretty fellow.
