ROOMS 9 - 10 - 11

PLEASE NOTE:::: I just took these photos after a tenant moved out - they had their own furnishings and so some rooms appear empty... there are bedding and such for these rooms and when the rooms are put back together I will repost photos, as they appear now is while rooms were getting cleaned after tenant left.

ROOMS 9-10-11 are on the LOWER -EAST FACING- LEVEL of the bldg.... they are all accessed through a shared hall.... rooms 10 & 11 are connected by a small hallway and share a Bath. Room 10 has a window to the hall but no window to the outside. I have used rooms 9 & 11 as long term rentals and used room 10 as a shared room with micro/mini-fridge/tv/table & chairs etc....or had friends or couples rent the 10/11 combo. These rooms can easily be converted to an apartment... with liv/kit combo and 2 bdrms for example..... I thought to use room 12 which is just outside the hall to rooms 9/10/11 and turn room 12 into a kitchen and living room (size of bath could be a small kitchen) and then install wall & window along walkway to entrance of rooms 9/10/11 so that it is all ONE UNIT and thus it would be 3 bdrms, 2 bathrooms and a liv rm / Eat in kitchen area. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT SETUP for OWNER QUARTERS or live in staff quarters.... as it is below and on the other side of the bldg regarding GUEST ROOM entrances and there is easy aaccess to TAVERN lower level/kitchen access and parking lot, owner or staff can live in this area without BUMPING into guests as they go in and out their room entrances. CURRENTLY you will not see photos of room 12 as I we use that room for ourselves and prefer not to plaster our bedroom on thte internet at this time! I do have somewhere a photo of JUST THE ROOM and when I find it I will post it. It is about 16 x 12, with a bath of about 9x9. THESE room are not as large as the upper guest rooms ( I will be posting measurements) and not as fancy... they are also great for hikers and hunters who do not want full priced rooms... and great for friends and relatives just visiting when you need your regular guest rooms. My teens used these rooms for their space and I have also had different family temporarily stay here in these rooms as well as long term local room renters. There is flexibilty of what can be done with these rooms.

This shows the hallway between 9/10/11... the outside door is oppostite the blue garbage pail..... there is a shared microwave and cart and also there is a fridge that belongs in the hall.
