Hello FLAB members! I have been on this great Earth for quite a few years, and have gained a bit of brewing knowledge in the process. I figured that the best way that I could help the club is to share my knowledge with FLAB. This new feature of the newsletter (and web site) was created as the result of many recommendations by the club members. The purpose of this column is to answer those pesky and irritating problems that we all run across while brewing our favorite beverages. "Ask Dr FLAB" encourages brewers to submit questions about any brewing related question, regardless of the beverage. I will research the questions to the best of my abilities and post the responses in newsletter. However, as with any information, it is not all-inclusive or the only possible response or explanation. To any non-member Web surfers out there reading this, we are planning on including the FLAB newsletters and this column on our website. Please direct all questions to Dr. FLAB at:
