During Viktor's amateur career, he was known primarily for his classical and elegant style of skating. In the years since turning professional he has become the consummate entertainer but has still managed to maintain a high level of technical quality in his performances. This is displayed quite admirably in his newest routine Mambo No. 5. How many skaters would dare try to skate with a mannequin attached to him let alone attempt to execute difficult jumps and still be entertaining? He is comfortable in any style, whether it be comedy, dance, or classical he is the ultimate performer. I hope we will be fortunate enough to watch Viktor continue to grow as a performer and athlete for many years to come.
