SE 210 SUPER 12
The Super Caravelle 12 with installation
with high density for 140 Passengers - has engines doubles
flow PRATT & WHITNEY JT8D-9A of 6.580 Kgp. Having a maximum payload of 13.200
kg, it can reach stages of 2500 km. The mass on takeoff was
certified with 56 tons, with the help of some reinforcements
of structures localised (fasteners of train) and the
assembly of new tires. This version of the caravelle is
characterized particularly by a considerable improvement in
the field of the noise and answers the conditions of the
O.A.C.I. The Super Caravelle 12 saw its increased fuselage
of 3.21m including 2 m in front of the leading edge of the
aerofoil and 1.21 m behind of the trailing edge compared to
the caravelle standart. Interior installations are very
variable. The Super Caravelle 12, in version 58 tons, flew
for the first time 29 Octobre 1970.
