Recomended Gay and Lesbian Films to See
This area is all about non-erotica films. I have found it too difficult to review and recommend porn flicks, so I don't even go there, even though I have a collection of them.
One note on recommendations. It all depends on your interest; Hot Hits, Gay Comedies, Independent, Camp, Hollywood Drama, Gay But not Gay, International, British Boy's, Essential Gay Classics, Documentaries and Experimental, Controversy, Hustler Life, Teen Life, Coming Out. Please note, as a gay male, I have not viewed all the wonderful Lesbian films available, I do plan to however. "It's in the Water" is one wonderful Lesbian theme movie!
As you can see there are many different types of films, as always not all types of film work for all viewers. I have found one of the best ways to decide is to read about the film and that having a current copy of the TLA Video Gay and Lesbian Video and DVD catalog to help the most. Call them at 1-800-333-8521 to request a copy. You can also check out Reel.com to type in the title and read about the film there. The films listed here, I have seen and I have varying opinion on the films, as some are disturbing and controversial, but worth seeing if you like this sort of film. There are films that I have viewed and not felt they are worth listing. Some films are foreign and subtitled, so you have to be able to enjoy a film that you have to read. There are many more movies to view and I will update this area as I continue to watch them.
