That Beautiful town By the River - by Temerix, proud resdient of River's Rest
How many of you have been to a place where there are more roltons than people? Well I have I live in a beautiful place called Rivers Rest. It is nestled deep in the forest where you could ride for weeks and not get to it. Do you like the sound of this?
Why would you want to leave the hustle and bustle of the landing for a quiet place that sounds like a retirement home? Life here is harder than you think. For all you adventurer types, there are plenty of critters for all ages. You have your common rats & roltons of course, but then you get into the interesting stuff. There are crabs, greater ghouls, night golems, and bone golems, and this is just the beginning.
For all you explorers, there is an abandoned Citadel full of creepy stuff. Not to mention the monster infested land around it. If you like to tinker with machines ( I much prefer magic) there is a bridge puzzle. Rivers Rest has all of your basic needs: A General Store, A Gemshop, and a Fur Emporium. If you like to steal things the majority of the population will not like you.
Wanted: Rivers Rest is in need of the services of both skilled Clerics and Empaths and the services of several skilled lockpicks. There is no shortage of critters so everyone is welcome.
