Women preparing to enter the workforce often face unique challenges. Ready for Work! is an employment readiness curriculum that addresses these challenges.

Workforce, literacy, correctional, and family violence workers will find a wide variety of activities and proven practices for addressing many of the workforce preparation needs they face in their programs.

Developed using direct input from practitioners and women in these settings,
Ready for Work! provides authentic activities in the following topics identified as "mission critical" to finding employment success:

Ready for Work! provides interactive activities and strong facilitator supports, so practitioners can provide education and employment preparation participants need to land family-building jobs.
