SkullHelm:Above is shown a well-sculpted SCA Legal combat helmet. The top
is forged of 12 gauge mild steel, and the mask & cylinder are of 14 gauge mild. The SkullHelm is sized to
fit average-to-large heads (around 23.5 to 24.5 circumference at eyebrow level; slightly smaller heads can be
accomdated by padding up). This helm is now offered at a very modest price, considering the extensive
sculpting work & artistry that went into forging it. Sale Price $475 (normally $700)
Shipping for the continental US: $17 (please contact us for shipping to Canada and overseas).
Complex Spangenhelm with Rosettes & Fluting
This version of this popular helmet type has more artistic license to it. There is fluting sculpted into the
4 helmet panels and tail piece. The cheekpieces are sculpted to look like Roman Imperial Gallic cheek pieces,
and in keeping with the Imperial Gallic influence, have three brass rosettes on each cheekpiece
like the Roman helmets. Sale Price: $175 (normally priced at $250).
Shipping for the continental US: $14 (please contact us for shipping to Canada and overseas).

My Credentials:
I have been forging swords and armour for about 25 years now (the last 14 years as a fulltime business).
I've had a paid membership with The Vikings since 1998 (though I have not yet been able to attend
one of the events over in England). I have travelled to England and seen a lot of Dark Age equipment
at the Royal Tower Armoury Museum, the Yorkshire Museum, The Jorvik Viking Centre, The British Museum,
The Wallace Collection, and also in the Philadelphia of Museum of Art and The Royal Ontario Museum.
I have done a bunch of small scale
steel-fighting with friends here in the US, using weapons forged by myself.
You can see some of the fighting I've done during
educational demos that I've performed at the following link
