Robotic development system for Pilot!
The SVX servo control board plugs into Pilot's port and controls up to eight hobby type servo motors! Any of the eight ports can be programmed to control on/off devices if not being used for servos. Five analog inputs let you read sensors with 8 bit accuracy!
Use SVX to enhance the capability of your MindStorms robots or obtain construction parts from one of the many Lego or SteelTec kits. Most servo motors can be modified for continuous rotation, SVX controls speed and direction of modified servos.
With your Pilot or Palm III for its brain and the SVX for motor control, your robot's capabilities are almost unlimited! You can program it in PocketC, PocketForth (Quartus), Basic or any of the other languages available for Pilot.
The SVX uses Pontech's 'top of the line' SV203C which can run under Pilot control or you can download up to 8k of program for stand-alone operation. It also supports 2 way Infrared communications!

This cool 'PalmROBO' is being upgraded to SVX control.
This guy has only 2 motors but he waddles around and plays with our ferrets! The solar panel recharges his batteries. You can see the SVX controller mounted on his rear. He is constructed from Steel Tec parts.
