CONTROVERSY!
Recently, someone told me that PenPen was....female!(GASP!) Personally, I don't remember any reference to PenPen's gender, I just assumed he was male. If anyone has any information on PenPen's gender, please email me and remember to cite your resource (ie: manga, video game, movie, etc...).
