Every City, Town and Region has its own set of rules. Not all the people in office are aware of all topics including EMF. Its best to bring people upto date with the Health Concerns before you approach the microphone. An information package can be made and dropped off to each member of City Hall a week before the meeting.

Successfull outcomes happen when each member of council has read the information from more then just the media. Later on in the week after they have had a chance to absorb the information its time for you to speak.

------- You will have a limited time to present the key items you wish to address,
-------You need to get right to the point

------- Focus on the details of the tower/antenna and how the Residents / Students etc do not want it.

------- Refer back to the information package you prepard for the councillors ( city hall members )
-------when you speak about health effects
-------but dont waste your limited time on details that the councils have on paper and should have looked over already.

------- If it is about a tower that already is in place, have witnesses to address the council
-------with their concerns and experiences of EMF SENSITIVITY.
-------If its about issues with the health of their children please be sure to address this.

------- If you need more, try going door to door with a PETITION.
--------That will provide you with a document showing the concerns of the people in your area.

------- If there is not enough time at the City hall meeting, setup a general meeting for parties involved
--------that will be held asap to allow a represenitive who knows the issues of RF to present the case and
--------allow a Rep from the industry to try and explain who it is "SAFE" for you.
--------Make sure that there is a open Microphone at the end of the presentations so the community can ask questions.

Often City Hall coverage by the local cable station brings in people from home. Surrey BC Canada had concerned parents and citizens rushing in from home when they saw a debate about the cell phone towers in thier area. They were so alarmed that they could not watch at home - they had to rush down to city hall and voice thier concerns.
