File editors Notes:  Regular use of echinacea as a single herb has been known to result in the development of a dry cough. This is part of the reason that Dr. Zhou stresses the use of at least three balanced herbs in most formulations. If you have had the experience of buying echinacea in the health food store and then having to wonder if it is working, try Echinacea Complex. The results are immediate and powerful.
