File editors Notes: The anti-cancer and antioxidant properties of the polyphenols in green tea have been well documented. This has led to a rise in the use of green tea. To generate maximum results, green tea should be in a balanced herbal formulation. Dr. Zhou stresses the use of at least three balanced herbs in most formulations. Most green teas in the health food store have caffeine, were chemically processed and are delivered in a bleached bag that contain dioxins. This patent pending green tea formulation is from organically grown herbs and is the equivilent in polyphenol content to 15 cups of regular green tea.
