So, GriffMondo, what's it all about?  

It reminds me of a story once told to my father in the local pub. "Children are like farts - you can just about tolerate your own, but you can't stand anyone else's."

Well it's just a web page. Everyone's got one. Here's mine.  I hope that you find something of interest here, and  that it's not too smelly. 

Royal Journeys
At the end of 2000 I had a chance to travel from India to Auckland on a ship. Of course it was an opportunity that I could not turn down. I took 3 months off work and the rest, they say, is history. 



Over 1000 pictures and 20 hours of video, later some of them are recorder here. Check out the Royal Journey in the Travel section.

 


It all started here. A last pint of decent beer for 3 months in Heathrow's Terminal 4.

Rafting in Bali
 This was actually the hardest I have laughed for as long as I can remember. That blissful/painful experience where you laugh so hard that you cry and cannot breathe. John fell out of the boat. Ha Ha Ha. Hmm, doesn't seem as funny now, but a cherished memory none the less.
