The Garden State Concert Band is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the heritage of the American Concert Band. Through the performance of a variety of musical styles, ranging from classical to contemporary, the Garden State Concert Band maintains the musical integrity established by Patrick Gilmore, Henry Fillmore, John Philip Sousa and others. We continue to provide a forum for new artistic talent and the presentation of works by ethnically diverse composers. Our goal in continuing this tradition is to provide music enrichment and family entertainment for years to come. |
