Know all men by these presents that we Moses Christmas
and wife Vaster Christmas, in consideration of the sum of fifty cents to
us in hand by Efeses [sic] Church, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
so long as it is used for Church or school purposes, do hereby give, grant,
bargain, sell and convey undo said Church and School, they [sic] heirs and
assigns the following parcel or tract of land lying in Jackson County, State
of Florida, and described as following to-wit:
Being and lying in the SE corner, one acre of SE-1/4 of NW-1/4, Sec. 29,
T.7, R.11.
To have and to hold the above granted premises to said Church and school,
their heirs an assigns forever, and we the above said Mose [sic] Christmas
and wife, for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators doe covenant
with the said Church and School, they [sic] heirs and assign that we are
lawfully seized in fee simple of the above granted premises and that we will,
and our heirs, executors and administrators, shall warrant and defend the
same to the said Church and School, their heirs and assigns against all claims
of all persons claiming by, through or under us.
In Interest Whereof, I, Moses Christmas and Vaster Christmas, my wife, have
hereunto set our hand and seals, this the 18 day of July A.D. 1890.

Personally appeared before me J.F. Pilcher who upon being duly sworn says
that he is the identical person who signed the foregoing deed as witness,
and that he saw Moses Christmas and Vaster Christmas sign the same freely
and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein expressed, and that H.
Powell also signed same as witness.

Know all men by these presents, that we, Moses
Christmas and V.L. Christmas in consideration of one dollar to us paid
by the Citizens of Ephesus Community, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
and we do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said citizens,
their heirs, or posterity and assigns, the following parcel of land, for
cemetery lying and [sic] Jackson County, State of Florida, and described
as follows, to-wit:
One acre in the north-east corner of North-east quarter of South-west quarter
of Section twenty-nine, Township Seven, Range Eleven, north and west.
To have and to hold the above granted premises to the citizens of Ephesus
community, their heirs or posterity and assigns it to them for a cemetery
forever, and we the above Moses Christmas and V.L. Christmas, for ourselves,
our heirs, creditors and administrators, do covenant with the said citizens,
their heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee simple of the
above granted premises and that we will and our heirs, executors and
administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said citizens, their
heirs and assigns, against all claims of all persons claiming by,through
or under us.
In Witness Whereof, I, Moses Christmas together with V.L. Christmas, my wife
have hereto set our hands and seals, this the 16th Day of July, A.D. 1894.

Before me, a Justice of the Peace in and for said County, personally came,
V.L. Christmas, wife of the within named Moses Christmas, who being examined
separate and apart from her husband, swear that she signed the within deed
of her own free will and accord and without any fear or compulsion from her
husband.

R.H. Callaway who being duly sworn says that he saw Moses Christmas and V.L.
