Deed of Gift
Grantor: Sarah Christmas
Grantee: Eliza and Moses Christmas
For the Love and Affection that I bear unto my two (2) children I give and Bequeath the following property:
1 - cow and calf to Eliza and Moses
To Son, Moses Christmas, all my stock of Hogs and 1 heifer calf which property I warrant and defend unto my two children, reserving the use and benefit of said property until they can Legally receive unto their possessions as the law will allow.
