Franklin Wiseman had the following child:

child 2 i. Sylvia Jane2 Wiseman was born in Illinois. She married Thomas Hartley about 1889. Thomas was born in Petersburg, Menard County, Illinois February 15, 1867. He was the son of Nathan Hartley and Artemesia Emerald Duncan. Thomas died February 20, 1944 in Dexter, Stoddard County, Missouri, at 77 years of age. His body was interred February 22, 1944 in Dexter, Stoddard County, Missouri. (See Thomas Hartley for the continuation of this line.)
