Children Are A Gift
From God!
We are created in His image and likeness.
Gen.1:26
We are fearfully and wonderfully made:
Psalm 139:14
Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord:
and the fruit of the womb is His reward.
Psalm 127:3
And thou shalt love the Lord your God
with all your heart, and with all thy soul
and with all your might.
These words, which I command you this
day, shall be in your heart: and you shall
teach them diligently unto your children,
and shall talk of them when you sit in
your house, and when you walk in the
way, and when you liest down and when
you risest up.
Deuteronomy 6:5-6-7
Today when children are being assaulted by worldly media,
it is essential thet we ground them in their faith in God.
To prepare our children to become familiar with the voice
of their Heavenly Father, so that when He speaks to them
they will hear and obey because they know and love Him.
We have a heavenly mandate to train up our children in
the way that they should go. Let us heed the words of
Jesus."Suffer the little children to come unto me, for such
is the Kingdom of God."
Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain
that build it.
Psalm 127:1
The EYES Of A Child
What a blessed hope we find in the eyes
of a little child. Eyes shining filled with
wonder, faith to believe all things without number.
Gentle eyes, loving, kind, so dependent, so divine, looking
through thewings of time. Bright eyes, big and round
what treasures in them to be found. Childs
eyes, clear and true will always see the best
in you.
