This was a council run Gypsy site that had been closed down. It is now occupied by Travellers, again this is an interesting case, I think what the council have in mind is to evict everyone so they can fix the toilets then re open it, there's no reason why the toilets cant be fixed whilst people are living there. The Council have asked the people living there to pay over £200 to secure a pitch! This is a lot of money and especially as there are no water facilities it seems a bit 'over the top'.

The children on the site were mostly attending school and so the 1 or 2 home-educated ones got a good chance to use the equipment before the 4 o clock rush! Even though some of them were 'settled' in school they disclosed to us that they didn't actually have a computer teacher as such and in most weeks an hour or two was considered a good week as far as using the computers was concerned. They were very enthusiastic to use the software, unfortunately there was little wind and we had to shut down early on more than one occasion.
