Sibling Search: Family seeking sibling of our infant daughter adopted in 1990/1991. The birth mom is Juana Isabel Cerrato Flores from Teguce area. We were told the birth mom has four children living with her and had placed another child with a U.S. family prior to ours. Honduran Attorney was Antonio Isaac Martinez Dubon.
