Tom &
Beth's ride - aka; TSmith1499;It's a 1949 Plymouth Business Coupe. This is how I
bought it. Top was completely chopped off, door & trunk handles shaved, and rear
fenders radiused. All original drive train. Future plans for winter of 98' - 99' call for
mustang II front-end w/ power rack (so the wife can steer it ), Narrowing the rear to
accommodate a 9" Ford rear and 19.5x 33 M/T Sportsman's. We will also installing a
mild 350 Chevy and a 700r4 trans. Also reinstalling the original rear fenders. Found a
perfect pair at Carlisle for $100.00 ! I will be sending in some pics as we go in a few
weeks. She goes to the chassis man's house (my cousin) next week. Thanks Tom & Beth
