Here is a view of the floor plan in 3 dimensional form.
As you can see three of the four bedrooms are at the front of the house, to the left.
There is a common use full bath and one off of the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is to the back left and it has a connected office/den with a fireplace and sliding glass door.
Moving to the right, past the bathrooms is the living room, and further to the right
is the kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a storage shed that opens to the 2 car, carport. Also off of the
kitchen are the utility room, big enough for washer and dryer, wood deck, and the formal dining room
and family room at the front of the house. The house is split level, so what doesn't readily meet the
eye is that the family room and kitchen are slightly lower than the rest of the house. This
turns out to be a nice touch. One which you will see when you give us a call for a private viewing.
