Thoughts on Collecting
1. BUY WHAT YOU LIKE. You'll never be
disappointed.
2. PERSISTANCE PAYS OFF. If you really want to find that elusive car, there's
nothing like persistance. But when collecting takes too much time away
from family ,work and friends, you may have gone too far.
3. VALUE. Collectibles are worth what the buyer and seller agree they're
worth.
4. LIMITED EDITIONS AND VARIATIONS. A Limited Edition of 5,000 is not necessarily
worth more than a Limited Edition of 10,000. Desiribility is the key, not
production numbers.
5. DEALERS. Anyone who constantly buys stuff, old or new, for resale
is a dealer. Then again, most collectors are dealers to some extent.
Hmmmmmm.
6. FUN. Fun is the most important part of collecting. If you're
not having fun, you shouldn't be collecting.
Testimonials / Good Traders List:
Now a few words from a couple of people I've
bought collections from:
"I appreciate doing business with someone as
honest and nice as you have been to me." - SS
"I feel that you gave me a fair offer on the
other cars that I sold you." - AF
And from a satisfied buyer:
"Thanks for the deal, it was a pleasure doing
business with you." - PD
Following are just a few of the people from
all over the world that I have successfully traded with or bought/sold cars
