IAMA Newsletter
The IAMA Newsletter is a quarterly publication (March, June, September, December) that is mailed to active paying members. Contents include short feature articles, brief reports of Arts-Medicine events in the past quarter and brief summaries of upcoming events. All reports and summaries have contact information so that IAMA members can obtain additional information about items that interest them.
Click *here* for the December 2001 newsletter in pdf format. You will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader (see below) to view a pdf (portable document format) file.
If you are on a Windows computer, and have Acrobat Reader installed, the ".pdf" extension should automatically start Acrobat Reader and open the file after it is downloaded if you select to Open it. If you select to Save it to Disk, either Open the file after saving (which should launch Acrobat Reader) or launch Acrobat Reader and use its' File..Open function to select the saved pdf file.
If you are on an Apple Macintosh computer, the pdf file does not have the standard Macintosh file type and creator data and you will need to save the file to disk and then launch Acrobat Reader and use its' File..Open function to select and view the saved pdf file.
If you do not have Acrobat Reader from Adobe, get it free by clicking *here* and select Acrobat Reader installer for the type of computer you are using. After downloading the installer, run it and install the application, then go back to the instructions above to download and view the IAMA newsletter.
In addition to the IAMA newsletter, a Membership Directory is published in July-August.
