Do you know the SCORE? -- the Service Corps of Retired Executives, that is. As a key resource partner with the SBA, SCORE offers a wide variety of free and low-cost services to aide the small business owner to be successful. They provide individual counseling for business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as low-cost seminars. They are a community resource eager and willing to offer assistance. Frederick Crider will tell us about SCORE at our January 7th meeting.
Most SCORE volunteers are retired business owners or managers, though some members are still active. Volunteers provide management counseling and training to first-time entrepreneurs and current small business owners. Every effort is made to match a client's needs with a counselor who is experienced in a comparable line of business. All individual and team SCORE counseling is free.
Come, and bring a friend.
